Our specialized approach to personalized professional support for individuals and organizations is rooted in the cultivation of personal agency.
This program includes a 1 ½ hour introductory session, several monthly checkins and a three month minimum commitment. Each experience involves deep listening, questioning, and introspection. Our primary goal is to offer support while providing a safe space to process, build and grow professionally. We want to see you succeed and empowered by the force within as you advance Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (J.E.D.I.) globally.
We also have a unique program that gives you the opportunity to pay it forward to others who can register for our professional development support ensuring that our industry follows through on our commitments to access and growing student and staff diversity. Who We Are
We are people of color with unique international experience and knowledge of education abroad. We have worked with thousands of students of color inspiring them to see themselves as global citizens. Our President and Founder is an HBCU alumna and has over 25 years experience in international higher education. With academic and experiential backgrounds as scholars, practitioners and study abroad alumni, who have worked at US higher education institutions and education abroad provider organizations, and as people with a wealth of global travel experience, we are uniquely positioned to meet the JEDI demands of the international education industry.
